District Sales Manager (Automotive F&I)
The Role
- Hunt & Close: Proactively prospect automotive dealerships and turn cold leads into long-term partners by showcasing our innovative F&I solutions and wealth-building opportunities.
- Champion Partner Success: Directly oversee the training and development of dealership personnel. You’ll be responsible for leveling up their product knowledge and sales execution to ensure they maximize the value of our partnership.
- Ensure Operational Integrity: Act as the subject matter expert on industry compliance, ensuring all dealership practices meet regulatory standards and protect the partner’s business and reputation.
- Master the Market: Stay on top of industry trends and competitor moves to keep us—and our partners—ahead of the curve.
- Network Like a Pro: Represent the NAAG brand at major conferences and trade shows to grow your professional influence and expand our network.
- Own the Results: Manage your entire sales cycle within our CRM and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets.
The Essesntials
- Elite Sales Experience: A documented history of exceeding B2B sales goals; automotive dealership experience is required.
- Technical IQ: Expertise in participation structures and F&I compliance is a major advantage.
- The "Hustle": Exceptional prospecting and cold-calling skills are a non-negotiable requirement.
- Instant Rapport: A passion for the automotive industry and a talent for building immediate credibility with dealership principals and management.
- Travel Ready: Willingness to travel extensively to build and maintain deep-rooted relationships within your territory.
