Bill graduated with honors from Trent University in Peterborough,Ontario
majoring in Business Administration and Psychology. Bill has 18 years
experience in the automotive industry doing consulting and training for
dealers; including 7 years with NAAG.

Chad Holder,
District Manager - Southeastern Region
Chad was born and raised in Florence, AL. Graduated with a B.S. from the
Culverhouse College of Commerce and Business in finance and political science.
Chad joined North American Automotive group in January of 2003 and completed
the specialist program in February 2004. Chad services South Carolina, Coastal
Georgia and Florida Region.

Cruickshank, District Manager - Canada
John graduated from York University Atkinson College with a BBA. In Addition he
has training as a professional automotive Sales person and professional
Business Manager from Wye Automotive Management College in Toronto Canada. John
has 25 years of industry experience as Business Manager, Lease Renewal Manger
and New car Manager. John is married with 2 daughters. Both he and his wife
love cats and dogs. In his space time John is an avid sail boat racer.

Martelli, District Manager - Georgia Region
Sal has an MBA from Winthrop University. Sal developed strong marketing skills
working for companies like ESPN the Magazine, GMC and Auto Trader.com. Sal is
an integral part of NAAG by working hand and hand with our dealers, showing the
value of NAAG's products and their potential.

Trip Taylor,
District Manager - Georgia Region
Trip was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and Graduated from University of
Alabama with a degree in Marketing. Trip joined North American Automotive Group
as a district manager. Trip is very dedicated to his work and enjoys the
challenges of Multi-tasking. Trip's goal are to become a national sales manager
within the next few years.

Bartkow, F&I Specialist
Brett was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. His extensive sales background
in the mortgage industry brings new potential to NAAG's growth. Brett is
extremely dedicated to his day to day job performance. In his spare time Brett
is an avid golfer. He is happily married to his wife Melanie and they are
expecting their first child in 2006.
